*Bellevue and Treasure Valley won the North and East Regional Playoffs and will be their respective region's #1 seed at the NWAACC Championship.

Region Playoff Formats
Each region sends two teams to the NWAACC Championship Tournament.

The North and East Regions conduct a 4-way regional playoff to determine the two championship tournament teams. Region champion is guaranteed to go to the tournament, but must win the regional playoff to go as the region's #1 seed.

The West conducts a playoff between the #2 and #3 regular season teams for the West's #2 seed in the tournament.

The South sends the region's top two regular season teams. A playoff is only conducted if there is a tie for second place.
