Former Lower Columbia women's basketball coach Jason Hoseney takes vice president position at Grays Habor
Grays Harbor College's Choker Athletic Dept. extends a sincere welcome to our new Vice President for Student Services Jason Hoseney, joining us most recently from Inver Hills Community College in Minnesota.
Before his career took him to Missouri and then Minnesota, Jason was head women's basketball coach at Lower Columbia College from 2000 to 2007, where his teams placed 5th (2005), 8th (2006) and 4th (2007) in the NWAACC tournament. They posted five consecutive 20+ season wins from 2002 to 2007, and won Western Division Championships in 2004 and 2005. Jason received Western Division co-Coach of the Year honors in 2004.
He played basketball for the Clark College Penguins from 1991-1993.
In addition to coaching, he was director of TRiO Student Support Services and an academic advisor at LCC, as well as Vice President for Student Success at Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff MO. Prior coaching duties include men's basketball assistant coach positions at Clark College and Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina.
