Vancouver, WA– August 15 , 2014
The Northwest Athletic Conference and Krossover, the leading sports film analysis and statistics company, today announced a new partnership to support NWAC game tape exchange between men’s and women’s basketball, and volleyball for the 2014-15 season.
In the new partnership, game tapes will be hosted by Krossover and accessible to all teams throughout the NWAC to be shared between schools, the conference office, and conference officials.
Krossover’s cloud-based platform will enable NWAC schools the ability to access game clips and data online, share content with their players, and sort film by specific stats, players, occurrences and more. NWAC will have the ability to create an archived repository of their content on Krossover.com.
“The partnership allows us to offer a fantastic cutting-edge tool to our coaches and athletic departments that can be used as a teaching tool to elevate all levels of performance from playing, to teaching and coaching, to marketing our fantastic student-athletes and their abilities to a larger audience,” NWAC Director of External Operations Scott Archer said. “Krossover has the ability to analyze game performance from the macro to the micro level of team and individual performance. This is another step towards raising our conference profile while providing a fantastic experience for our student-athletes, and their respective athletic departments.”
“Krossover is excited to enter our partnership with the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC)," said Shawn Sadjatumwadee Director of Community Partnerships at Krossover. "The NWAC is one of the elite community college conferences in the country. Krossover will be able to provide our premier platform to all volleyball and basketball teams in the NWAC so that their coaches and officials are able view and exchange film easily. Film is the best teacher and will assist NWAC teams so that they are able to compete at the highest possible level. Krossover is also thrilled to introduce our detailed film breakdown and analytics platform to the members of the NWAC to further expand coaches' commitment to improvement and excellence.
