Blue Mountain's Moore & Bellevue's Jordan named Baden Basketball Players of the Year

Mar’Shay MooreBlue Mountain Community College, sophomore guard, Mar’Shay Moore (Vancouver, WA) has been named the Baden Women’s Basketball Player of the Year for 2015. 

Moore led the Timberwolves to consecutive NWAC championship tournament appearances in 2014 & 2015 and was the leading scorer this past season in the NWAC averaging 24.1 ppg. 

Mar’Shay also shot 80% from the foul line and averaged 8 rebounds per game.  Moore also set the tournament championship record for total points in the championship tournament with 123 points in four games. 

Dominique JordanBellevue College, sophomore guard, Dominique Jordan (University Place, WA) has been named the Baden Men’s Basketball Player of the Year for 2015. 

Jordan a two-year performer led the Bulldogs to their second North Region Title in a row and to a 5th place finish at the 2015 NWAC Championship Tournament. 

Dominique led the Bulldogs in scoring with 16 points a game and turned the ball over only 46 times in close to 1100 minutes played.
