Weekend tournament results and All-Tournament teams

Pierce Holiday Invitational
LAKEWOOD— The Lane Titans won the 8th Annual Raider Holiday Invitational Tournament, defeating the Columbia Basin Hawks in a great finale, 74-71.  Lane, making their 7th appearance in eight years, won their fourth consecutive tournament title, and sixth overall.  They finished second to Clackamas in 2011. Jordan Kimbrough led Lane in the title game with 25 points and 15 rebounds, and became the first winner of back-to-back Tournament MVP awards.

Bulldog Classic Tournament
BELLEVUE— A surging Walla Walla team would cruise to the Bulldog Classic championship over host team Bellevue 92-71. Dean Kohn lead the way for the Warriors with 23 points and grabbing 7 rebounds in the championship game. Fellow all-tournament selection Roman McKnight also netted 20 and grabbed 16 boards himself. On the way to the championship, Walla Walla would defeat Shoreline and then Highline in the semi-finals. Highline would finish 3rd with a win over Chemeketa 75-70.

Dale J Bates Tournament
EUGENE— Spokane would emerge victorious over the Seattle area men's team the Seattle Mountaineers 103-100 in the Lane-hosted Dale J. Bates Classic. Spokane was lead by a strong performance all tournament by MVP Jake DeVries who scored 29 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Spokane continues to build on a strong year, improving their record to 10-1. This is Spokane's second tournament win in 3 tries this year.

Everett Tournament
EVERETT— The Spokane women would follow up the men's tournament victory down in Eugene with a championship of their own with a win over host team Everett 84-55. The Sasquatch were led by tournament MVP Bri King who scored 27 points. In the 3rd place game, it was Lower Columbia defeating Big Bend 66-47
