The Beavers featured junior guard Anna Marchbanks, a Yakima Valley CC transfer from Salem, OR. Marchbanks turned in 10 rebounds to go with 4 steals and 7 points in a 81-72 Civil War loss to the Ducks.
Marchbanks and the Beavers would claim their own Civil War victory in Corvallis a month later on February 19th in a 59-61 win over the Ducks. Marchbanks led the Beavers with 17 points, 6 steals and 7 boards.
