Kyle Warner signs his NLOI to attend Iowa Wesleyan College
EUGENE, OR -- Bruce Chavka, Lane Community College’s Men’s Basketball Coach, is proud to announce that 6’5 sophomore forward Kyle Warner has signed a national letter of intent with Iowa Wesleyan College in Mount Pleasant Iowa. Kyle was first team All-Southern Region and first team all-defense for the region. Warner averaged 15.5 points, 6 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. He prepped at Centennial High School in Gresham Oregon.
Coach Chavka commented “I worked for coach Magnani at Iowa Wesleyan. I am excited to have him sign one of our players. It is a privilege and an honor, both for Kyle and for our program here at Lane. I am excited that Kyle is getting the opportunity to continue his education. He did an outstanding job for us for two seasons. Kyle is an example of a student athlete getting a great start here at Lane, and availing himself of the opportunity to keep advancing athletically and academically. I am very proud of him.”
