11:00 Womens 5000 meters
12:00 Mens 8000 meters
Scoring
Of the seven designated runners for each team, the top five finishers shall be used for scoring purposes. The six and seven runners shall be used as bumpers.
Course
The course will be 8000m for men and 5000m for women. Mostly grass with little pavement for women and about 600 meters for men. See map below.
Results:
Final race results for all coaches, media, and officials will be available as soon as possible after the race.
Merchandise
The following Official NWAACC Cross Country Championship Merchandise will be available for purchase at the meet: hooded sweatshirts ($40), long-sleeve drifit shirts ($25), long sleeve cotton shirts ($20), and sweatpants ($30). Quantities will be limited.
Directions
Heading SOUTH on I-5:
Take exit #198/Broadway Exit. This will put you on Hwy 529. After you cross the Snohomish River take the first exit onto Marine View Drive. Take a left on Marine View Drive and the golf course
is the second left turn once you get onto Marine View Drive.
Heading
NORTH on I-5:
Take exit #195/Marine View Drive exit. Turn Left onto E. Grand Ave/E. Marine View
Dr. and go 0.6 miles until the road bends to the right and becomes E. Marine View Dr/Walnut St and follow the
road 1.5 miles. Cross under the overpass for Hwy 529 and pass Skyline Drive taking the next left into Legion
Memorial Golf Course. If you reach Alverson Blvd you've gone 0.1 miles too far.
