Lower Columbia College is seeking applications for a
Head Baseball Coach/Student Retention Specialist
who will be responsible for enhancing student
persistence and success through a combination of
case management along with developing programs to
enhance student success. The Coach/Retention
Specialist will report to the appropriate Program
Coordinator (for student service responsibilities) and
the Athletic Director (for coaching responsibilities),
both under the Vice President for Student Success.
60% of this position will be committed to the duties of
Retention Specialist (average of 5 hours/day) and
40% of the position will be committed to the
responsibilities of Head Baseball Coach.
