Played basketball for HCC during the 1964-65 and 1965-66 seasons. Helped lead the Thunderbirds to a second place finish at the 1966 NWAACC Tournament. Went on to earn a Masters degree at Easter Washington St. University and a Doctorate at Washington State University. Entered the education field and was a coach, social studies teacher, high school principal and athletic director and school superintendent. Has been on the District 3 Board of Directors for the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association the past two years. Currently the Superintendent of the Squiom School District.
