Dan Withers

Umpqua Community College
Class of 1993

Dan Withers was a physical Education instructor at Umpqua who also coached baseball for 10 years and women's basketball for three.

His baseball teams won or shared five OCCAA titles, finished runner-up twice and made three trips to the NJCAA National Tournament.

Withers was OCCAA Coach of the Year four times and considered one of the all-time great American Legion baseball coaches in Roseburg.
