Bill FallerYakima Valley College After 23 seasons Bill Faller racked up close to 600 baseball wins with the Yakima Valley Community College Indians. His Indian teams won 18 league championships and 11 conference championships, with seven of those conference titles coming in a 10 year span. A college teammate of Bobo Brayton's at Washington State University (1946-1948), Faller came to YVC in 1961, taking over as both football and baseball coach, and continued in the dual role for four years. His fourth and final year as football coach proved to be YVC’s best season ever on the gridiron as the 1964 Indians won the conference championship with a 7-1 record. His four year football record at YVC was 19-15. |
