Tacoma Community College, Skagit Valley College
Class of 1995

Tom Keegan coached soccer for nine years at Tacoma CC and Skagit Valley College. He compiled a 73-47-24 record and won four region titles. Keegan's teams made seven tournament appearances and won the NWAACC soccer title with Skagit Valley in 1983 and finished runner-up with Tacoma Community College in 1984. He served as athletic commissioner and soccer committee member while at SVC and TCC. Tom has served as an administrator at South Puget Sound Community College and Columbia Basin College. Dr. Keegan was the President at Peninsula College and currently is the President at Skagit Valley College.

Other Achievements include:
- Co-Captain of Skagit Valley College’s Men’s Soccer Team – 1977 NWAACC Champions.
- Coached Skagit Valley College’s Men’s Soccer Team – 1983 NWAACC Champions.
- Executive Vice President of Educational Services at Columbia Basin College when 1999 Men’s Soccer Team won NWAACC and 1998 Women’s Soccer Team won NWAACC.
-President of Peninsula College when 2010 Men’s Soccer Team won NWAAC and 2011 Men’s Basketball   Team won NWAACC.
- Only person to play, coach, and serve as Vice President and President of NWAACC championship teams.
