Softball Championships: Clackamas Advances - Wenatchee Places 4th

Homeruns: Lacey Forbito (CLCC), Katie King (CLCC)

Clackamas' Lacey Forbito got the scoring going for the Cougars in the third inning with a solo home run. Katie King provided more in the sixth when she nailed a shot that just cleared the fences with two runners on as Clackamas went on the win 4-0. Cougar pitcher Renee Santos held the powerful Knight bats to just two hits on a shutout and notched ten strikeouts.

Wenatchee Valley places 4th in the tournament and finished the season at 20-8,
39-14. Clackamas advances to the face Mt. Hood in the semifinal at 11am. The winner will advance to face Lower Columbia in the Championship game at 1pm.
