For Commissioners - improve communication. Examples include:

• consistent posting and distribution of Region and Executive Board minutes to staff
• regularly meet with and discuss necessary topics with staff members

For Coaches - improve sportsmanship Examples include:

• being a consummate professional in the view of the public - ranges from wearing appropriate attire and using appropriate language to sideline behavior before, during and after contests
• arrange one (1) community service project for your team to connect with the surrounding community

For Student/Athletes - improve sportsmanship Examples include

• displays of respect and character that reflect the mission of the NWAACC and its member institutions
• actively participate in community service projects
