Spokane men record 8th consecutive NWAACC Track & Field title

SPOKANE, WA -- SPOKANE, WA -- The Spokane Sasquatch men (263.50 pts) won thier 8th consecutive title cruising to a 29 point vicorty margin over runner up Lane (234.5 pts) and 136.5.5 points over third place Clackamas (127 pts).

In the 21 men's events, the Sasquatch recorded 10 first place and 12 second place finishes.

Men's high point winners were Brent Arceneaux of Spokane and Elias Gedyon of Lane, both scoring 28 points.

Elias Gedyon was named Male Outstanding Track Athlete of the Meet following his wins in the 1500 & 5k and placing 2nd in the 800. 

The male Outstanding Field Athlete of the Meet was Joseph Hart of Lane. Hart won the Long Jump, took 3rd in the Triple jump and was 5th in the High jump.

Spokane first year head coach Jason Cash was voted Men's Coach of the Year.
