Coaches' Summary: Bre did an awesome job this week playing nearly every point of 27 sets played this week. She was well balanced on offense and defense and was our go to hitter the majority of the time. She is getting better with every match. She made All-Tourney.

Coaches' Summary: Rachel stepped it up for her team this last weekend big time. She had only played in a few sets during the first tournament but after losing sophomore setter to injury she ran a 5-1 in Spokane and did a great job. She made the All-Tourney team. Rachel is very athletic and plays all aspects of the game well.

Coaches' Comments: Piper had another great week at the Libero position. In a televised match at Spokane, she withstood the pressure and gave her team tremendous sophomore leadership. Piper continues to recover from hip and pelvic fractures over the summer and is making a huge impact on our season.

Coaches' comments: WWCC went 7-1 this week behind Chantelle's strong play. She was named to the all-tournament team at the Walla Walla crossover. Chantelle had an amazing week in the front and back rows.

Coaches' comments: Samantha had a strong week of leadership and running our offense. The team attack % for the Everett Crossover was .305. Our match vs TVCC she set a .404. Sam was voted the MVP of the Everett Crossover, leading her team to an undefeated record.

Congratulations to the Week 1 NWAACC Volleyball Players of the Week

Offense: Bre Gibbons, Freshman, Outside Hitter, Clackamas
Coaches' Summary: Bre did an awesome job this week playing nearly every point of 27 sets played this week. She was well balanced on offense and defense and was our go to hitter the majority of the time. She is getting better with every match. She made All-Tourney.


Setter: Rachel Woodcock, Freshman, Setter, Mt. Hood
Coaches' Summary: Rachel stepped it up for her team this last weekend big time. She had only played in a few sets during the first tournament but after losing sophomore setter to injury she ran a 5-1 in Spokane and did a great job. She made the All-Tourney team. Rachel is very athletic and plays all aspects of the game well.

Coaches' Summary: Sara has a calming presence on the court, and keeps us running smoothly. She has tremendous hustle, is sel critical but lets go of mistakes fast and does not let them weigh her down.
