Sage named 2018 Baden Baseball Player of the Year

Sage, the East Region MVP, turned in a .390 batting average (4th best in conference) and led the league in RBIs with 67. A dangerous hitter, opposing pitchers would pitch around him which allowed Sage to earn the most free bases in the conference as he walked 45 times. Sage was named the All-NWAC Baseball MVP and led his team to a second place finish at the 2018 Baseball Championship Tournament. He is considering several offers from four year programs for next season.
