Mt. Hood’s sophomore ace finished another outstanding week with 4 wins on 3 starts against 6th ranked Lower Columbia and SW Oregon. Pierce threw 21 innings but only gave up 5 earned runs to add to her league leading 22 wins. She also leads the NWAC in complete games and innings pitched. Mt. Hood moves to 20-0 in the South and 26-5 thanks to her consistent outings in the circle.

"With the wins this past week, McKenzie moved herself into first place in the Mt. Hood record books for wins in a single season," said Saints head coach Brittany Hendrickson. "I am so proud of her for all she has accomplished on and off the field at Mt. Hood! McKenzie is determined, passionate, confident and very hard working! That is why she succeeds and will continue to do so in life."
