Ray NeedhamLinn-Benton Community College, Tacoma Community College His involvement with the community colleges has spanned four decades. Served as Dean of Instruction at Green River CC before becoming President at Linn-Benton obtaining funds for the physical education and athletic facilities at LBCC. It was through his support that Linn-Benton was able to add athletic activities in an environment that was not always supportive. An avid sports fan and very active person, he is very supportive of the NWAACC. Returned to the Northwest in 1991 after a successful presidency at Guilford (NC) Technical Institute to become President of Tacoma CC. He retired in June of 1997. |
