Frank ArmijoColumbia Basin College A Columbia Basin College trustee who has championed college sports and worked with President Lee Thornton to increase the support and professionalism of CBC athletics. Armijo was a walk-on basketball player in 1981 at CBC who later earned a scholarship. He graduated with degrees in Computer Science and Business. After CBC, Armijo went on to Eastern Washington University where he majored in Information Systems Management, with a minor in Communications. At age 27, Armijo became the youngest trustee appointed to a College Board by a Washington governor. He served the CBC board for ten years, several of those as chairman.He was honored by CBC in 2003 as an Outstanding Alumnus. Armijo is the President & General Manager at Mission Support Alliance and Vice President at Lockheed Martin. |
