Wally SigmarSkagit Valley College Wally Sigmar helped begin the SVC soccer program and its winning tradition in 1974 and coached them for 11 years. He won five NWAACC championships (1977-80,82) and was Coach of the Year twice. He served as athletic commissioner between 1973-76 and also served as SVC's Dean of Administration and Student Services. Sigmar went on to become President at northern region rival Peninsula College. |
