Boyd Gittins |
Boyd Gittins, Shoreline Community College Member of the Samurai's NWAACC champion track teams in 1966 and 1967 where he won the 120 yard and 330 yard hurdle events and was a member of the champion mile relay team. From there, he went to Washington State University where he still has the school record in the 400 meter hurdles and was ranked in the top three in the world in three hurdle events. After volunteering for duty in Vietnam, he later coached cross country at Seattle Central CC, Everett CC and Shoreline. |
